Here, I offer counseling and massage therapy/bodywork or a combination of these mind-body therapeutic tools. It completely depends on where you are at with what you need, and everybody – everyBODY – is different! Services tailored to your needs: -Counseling -Massage Therapy -Somatic Therapy - the mind/body connection You may be in need of a good old traditional massage, a self-care session, inviting talk therapy support along a journey, experiencing a deep-dive into life transitions, or seeking ways to enrich a bodywork session with guided meditation or other somatic pathways to connect the mind and body.
